ONE LIFE PRE-RELEASE CONCERT: Join Pastor Dave Longstreth for a time of music, celebration and a special pre-release of his debut album, "One Life," at 6:00 PM next Sunday, August 29, at the RCC Mills site. NEXUS KICK-OFF SERVICES will start on Sunday, September 5, at 7:00 PM for senior high students entering grades 9-12.  The junior high kickoff will be held on Wednesday, September 8, at 7:00 PM for junior high students entering grades 6-8.  All services are held at the Nexus facility directly across from Riverview High School on 3rd St. in Oakmont.  Don't miss a great start to the school year with amazing worship, awesome prizes, and a great message!  Contact Melissa Terebessy at terebessy@nexusstudentministry.org if you have any questions.

THE GO!  GROUP is looking for volunteers for the following service opportunities:

• Saturday, September 11 from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM for Produce to People Food Distribution at the Homewood distribution site on Kelly St. at Holy Rosary church.  Four volunteers are needed.
• Saturday, September 25 – evening dinner for 45 people for the NO Walls outreach.  We are in need of a full meal, with drinks as well.  A ham will be purchased, but we need potatoes and vegetables, as well as drinks.  You can also donate money to help purchase the main course.  The time is from approximately 2:15-5:00 PM.  Six volunteers are needed for this service.  If you cannot serve the dinner, we are also in need of people to donate vegetables, a potato side dish, and drinks.
• Saturday, October 30 from 3:00-6:30 PM at the Light of LifeMission on the North Side of Pittsburgh.  This will be a mission to help serve food for the evening meal.  Eight people are needed for this service outreach.

ANNUAL PICNIC: Mark your calendars for the upcoming picnic on Sunday, September 19, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Riverside Park in Oakmont.  Bring your favorite salad, side dish, or dessert and your lawn chairs and blankets for an evening of fellowship with your Riverside family. “HURRY HOME” MARRIED LIFE SEMINAR: Mark your calendar for Friday and Saturday, September 24 and 25.
