Romans 12:1 says, “So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him.” What better way to take time for yourself than to have a refreshing walk with friends! We will meet weekly to walk and have a devotional time. We all find ourselves too busy and life has a way of sneaking up on us, resulting in stress. Walking is a great way to relieve tension and through this study we will learn more about ourselves and discover practical ways to confront issues that often leave us discouraged and stressed.
